It’s okay to not be okay.
But you don’t have to stay that way.
Adulting is no joke!
Being on the verge of adulthood in today’s world is not easy. Finding your place, developing your skills, navigating the dating scene, and dealing with family relationships can be stressful and overwhelming. Sometimes it’s hard to know how to cope with it all.
You wonder if by doing more,
having the right job,
finding the right guy,
or attaining those flat abs
you’ll finally have more of the settled-ness inside that you long for.
On the outside, you may appear to have it all together, but on the inside, the expectations and self-doubt make it hard to fully enjoy anything for very long. Emotional eating or scrolling through social media only leads to more discontent.
Help is available.
In therapy, you’ll have your own safe space to process the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll identify old patterns that aren’t working and better ones to take their place.
We’ll work to strengthen your core sense of self and amplify the unique capabilities that you bring to this life. And I’ll guide you to develop practical skills to help you handle the stresses of life more effectively, so that you can take your place in the world in a more confident and empowered way.
You want to be a difference-maker.
And you are.
Working with young adults is one of my favorite things to do. You’re in a season full of opportunities and possibilities: a season of life that can be crucial in setting the trajectory for the rest of your life.
I’d like to walk alongside you and help you gain clarity about who you are, what you want, and how to get there.
